looks like the leading edge catches a good amount of air, but it may just be the angle of the shot. Looks difficult to shoot a decent photo without putting the car up on a lift.

I do like the look of it. I'd like it more if it was more aerodynamic than it appears.

 

It looks like a spoiler, not a diffuser. A diffuser should smooth airflow and reduce lift. This looks like it increases both lift and drag. The opposite of aerodynamic haha

I'd like to see a couple of 'creases' in it. It would give me some idea that it was worth the price and it may be a bit more visible.
