Default Hell yeah, got my baby

Tonight at 9:40 PM, I watched my 03 Spa Yellow s2k roll into the parking lot on the back of a car transport. It was beautiful. I took her for a short drive but had to come back due to much more studying required for a quiz tomorrow.

Rolled into the parking lot, popped the hood just to make sure everything was spiffy in the engine compartment, went to close my hood......it wont latch!!!

I know they had to use the tow hook on the front bumper to get the car onto the transport, does this mean they might have torqued something?? How else could the hood suddenly not latch no matter what I do. I can't tell if the lever is not opening back up or if I just need to adjust the height but it is quite unnerving to already have a problem.

Anyways just though I would share my joy and first frustration.

Ok after reading some posts about hood latches I went out and held it chest high, and let it go and it shut. I still never had to do that before so kind of wondering why it would change!

Your car didn't come with the electric openning and shutting hood? Hmmm...didn't think that there were too many that came from the factory that way. I had a problem with the right side electric servo which was replaced under warranty. The hood simply refused to open and shut when I pressed the button on the key fob. As I said it was replaced under warranty, and I haven't had a problem since.
