They should let you go month to month. Last time I lived down that way was in 96-97. Out in Vista.

I lived off of the 805. And it looks like its been there for a while. It run's parallel with the 5. What were you down there for in 95-96?

 

I lived in Vista and worked in Encinitas. I just don't remember the 805. I remember 4 freeways going the same direction from Mexico then they split off and went in different directions.

Worked for Coke part time and ran routes all over. Most of it blends together. Can't for get Hillcrest. A unique expierience of culture as you may call it.

 

Oh yeah Hillcrest was......interesting.
We used to go to Phil BBQ on goldfinch,best ribs ever!

As far as the 805,if you take the 5 as far south as you can go it turns into the 905,that goes to the 805 and the entrance to Mexico. Its nice to see other people have had the chance to live there. I miss it. What a cool place to be. We are planning on moving back next year.

 

I have no plans as of now to return. Most of my family has moved to Nevada. After Mil life my life will be up in the air again. That feels good.

damn it... looking for a place to stay is difficult.

i'm trying to stay near I5 and 52. and UTC looks like an ideal choice. but finding a roommate in a decent place with reasonable rent is difficult.

plus, whats up with people looking for female roommates only? that pists me off.

 

I guess the guys out there are trying to get lucky.
