Default help!

I got a ticket on the way to work today. I was wondering if anyone knows how to fight them.

Well a start would be to edit this post and not abmit to speeding. Then either show up at the court date and hope the Police officer doesn't show or get a lawyer.

I'm surprised that a GPW was speeding.

PM S2kPuddydad (ben) he can tell you how to beat it

Somthing about swamp gas reflecting the light from Venus causes the radar gun to become uncalibrated or something like that.

JK he has a system that has wroked for him for years so talk with him and present yourself professionally

One of my favorite "features" of FL is this cool program where every 18 months you can take an online driving course and remove/prevent up to 3 points from your driving record. Costs about $200 for the course plus the cost of the ticket, takes about an hour online. If you can't beat the ticket outright, this is a hell of a lot cheaper route than the points on your record.

It's physically impossible for a GPW to exceed the speed limit.

if you know you were speeding i would request a court date and hope the police officer doesnt show up...and if they do pleed no contest and go to the driving school...however we need some more info on the situation if we are to offer any real advice for fighting it...
