I called Nick back on May 10th and spoke with him about getting a heatshield. He went out to his shed and found the last carbon kevlar heatshield he had and found that he still had the mounting plate. He said that he was going to order the rivets that he needed to mount them together and that they would be there within a week and then he would send the heatshield.

I PMed him numerous times and then finally got a response on June 18th stating, "Ryan, I thought this went out - I am out of country till friday, let me put a call into the house - I will holler at you asap. Sorry if it was delayed. Nick"

He was always good at getting back to me right when I ordered it, but now I have sent him numerous PMs and left numerous VMs on his cell. He won't return any of my PMs and I just want the heatshield that I bought that was supposed to be here at the end of may/early June.

If anyone has a way to contact Nick, please help. I know he's a good guy and has always been a homie, but it's frustrating that I can't get a reply!

IIRC he is out of the country right now. Don't be surprised if there is a heatshield in transit right now. He is hard to get a hold of, but Nick is a man of his word.

 

He said it was in transit a long time ago, so Im just worried that even if it's done, that it's just going to sit there for a long time. Bummer that he's out of the country again!

I know that Nick is a good guy which is why it's frustrating that I haven't gotten it yet.

Nick has had some timeline issues with parts in the past but he is 100% on follow through and completetion. I am supremely confident that what ever the hold up is, he will follow through and deliver as promised.
