Sorry haven't taken them off. You can borrow my service manual if you think it will help. I don't think it has that in there though. There is probably be a body manual.

2 part epoxy (Ace Hardware should have it), make sure you mix it real well though. Remove the metal wire in between them first, clean, mix the 2 part epoxy, and apply the mix generously. Wipe off any excess mess IMMEDIATELY. Tape the shit out of it afterwards and leave to dry for one whole day. Dont ask me how i know

P.S. Mine is still holding strong.

Buy the S Pods, it'll at least cover the gaps on the inside portion of the covering. Sorry I just couldn't resist. But I did look at my Honda OEM supplied EPC. It does not show this piece coming apart but is not the best source for information either. You want to contact PARTSMIKE (S2KI Thread name). He is the Parts manager at Palm Harbor Honda.

No, I think your thinking of the silver part on the back of the actual seat. There are directions for that on Ricks to put in the Major Havocks Windblockers........

I have seen a few post where people have done this and found out that they dont go back together....
Follow vteconly advice. He seems to have worked around it. Taking the wire out might be key, cause a couple of guys couldnt get the appoxy to hold

Ben,

FYI..................The EPC drawing shows the entire roll bar and the plastic casing/housing as a single part. They are assembled together, not meant to be taken apart. Cost was somewhere in the $130 range and retail $250. I ironically pulled this up yesterday because the new '06 has two small 3" speakers inplanted in it. The lttle grill covers were $11 each and the Panasonic or Pioneer driver was $40 ish.
