Cozumel used to be dirt cheap before hurricane Gilbert. First mate and I ate at the best restaurant on the island (Morgans at that time) Our bill with tip was just over $30. There was one little taco place off the main square that we ate 20 tacos, had 2 cervezas and two cokes for under $5. Those were the days. Still a fun place and the diving is spectacular!!!
