Default Hondata Gasket

Im going to buy the hondata gasket, and have 2nerworks do the install. my question is, Should I also install the mugen thermostat and fan switch? or will the hondata gasket alone be just fine? seems like i read somewhere that you should also install the thermostat and fan switch when you do the hondata gasket.

Thanks

Doing the thermostat and fan switch is not necessary, but is easy as long as you already have the intake manifold off the car (the thermostat sits under the intake manifold).

I'd do all three. You won't (shouldn't) have your manifold off very often. Just get the job done then.

but if $ is an issue, wait on the fan switch - it can be installed anytime with a 24 mm deep socket and ratchet. You don't need to take anything off to get to it.
