HTTP 500 errors

HTTP 500 errors
For the past couple of days I have been getting lots of errors on the boards notably HTTP 500 errors. No problems with other sites, just this one. Anybody else having this problem?

I get them when I try to open a thread and when trying to post. Once I had to retype the same post 3 times!! 
I have also encountered the error when I tried to send a pm once as well.
