Well, after 8 succesfull years I decided to leave the "farm." I will be happy to discuss all the details in person next time we all get together.

Anyone ever take that leap and leave a great career to pursue something they are more passionate about?

 

I've wanted to take that leap for a long time but always stayed with "the safe route". Maybe I should get in on the ground level....you need any cheap help? Best of luck with the new business!!!

I would love to take a leap from my job this late nights are taking a toll on me but the money is really good so i just have to suck it up for a little bit more

Kudos & Congrats on the decision. I know that this wasn't done over a night of drinking and impeteous actions. AND, the other part, the real big one, your wife must be unbelievable intelligent & supportive. I applaud her in giving you the opportunity to give this a try.
