I got backed into :'(
We were sitting in a parking lot waiting to turn on to the main road when all of a sudden an F-150 starts backing up... My girlfriend started yelling (who most of you know) and reached for the horn and hit it while I was trying to go in reverse. The horn didn't do anything and I couldn't back up because there was oncoming traffic. Although right when I started to back up his truck then crushed my fender holding me in place. I was at an angle because I had just turned into the lane. We were sitting there for a good 30 seconds to a minute before he backed up. I exchanged info and all and I'm going to call insurance tomorrow and see what all has to be done.

Who is the truck driver's insurance carrier? Do not call your insurer unless you plan to file the claim with them (in which case you will have to pay the deductable). File the claim on his insurance. Call them immediately and let them know that one of their insureds backed into you while you were sitting still in a parking lot.
