Citi is always hiring new phone agents. Not the most glamorous job, but if they have a good phone presence, can be friendly, rigorously stick to their schedule, and work a PC they should apply.

Alex "ow3nd" is an agent...and can tell you more. Have them get with him if they apply...Alex can get a bonus if either of them are hired based on his recommendation.
