ok, so i buy some springs from k2motor.com, they go on back order. no suprise there. i check back a week or so later, and the website says they have been shipped. check the tracking number with fedex, no records. finally get someone on the phone from the website, and they say that the springs are still on backorder but they will be coming in tomorrow. ok. check for new tracking number, this time we have lift off. they shipped ground so it took a couple of weeks to get here. once the package arrives i check the receipt and all seems good. but i did not have time to put the springs on... then after a few weeks, decided i dont want to lower the car. so i post them for sale, sold instantly. but when i went to deliver them we noticed that they are 03+ corolla springs. now i cant get anybody on the phone and they are not responding to emails...anybody have any suggestion on where to go from here? or does anybody know anyone who can use corolla springs? PLEASE let me know. thanx. Jared.

Probably not. I work 7 days a week and its hard for me to coordinate with everyone elses schedule. I am in the process of getting a new job though so maybe sometime in the future I can go to something

if the products have not been used then K2 should take them back and replace with proper product. Then you can sell them.

Get in touch with them and explain the situation MINUS that part where you want to sell them. Just say you went to put these on and they are the wrong springs.

He said they wont answer the phone or emails, so that might not be the easiest route to mosey down.

Keep at it. This is the only recourse I can see at this point. If he keeps them he is out $$ if he just ships them back he may never get any response. He has to make contact somehow and get confirmation that they are willing to work this out before he can do anything.

Man, customer service these days just seems to be a thing of the past.

they finally answered the phone....they are gonna take them back. darkfx....i dont know how you found all that info, but the tech line number is the one that got em'. didnt get put on hold or nothin. so thank you very much!!!!
