Default Length of our radiator hoses?

If anybody gets an opportunity today, would you mind measuring the length of our radiator hoses? The upper one is the most important, but if you can measure the lower one, too, that would be great. Within an inch or so of total length should be fine. I have a "replacement" hose in my posession that is only 24" long, and it looks way too short, but I have no S to check it against. According to some former significant others, I have an improper concept of size, so...

Gracias!

<UPDATE> I also need the inner diameter of our hoses. The company sent me some pretty small stuff meant for your typical import (1" ID), and as we all know the S2000 isn't your typical import

Also, if the stock upper hose is longer than 38", I need to know that <nudge nudge> Jano, just in case you have the time and are out playing in the engine bay...

I dont know your budget but Samco makes the two hose set for the S2000 that are reinforced , cut to length and pre bent into shape. they have a pretty good selection of colors too

One of my sponsors has supplied me with red anodized currogated copper hoses, but I was shipped a 24" piece... I believe I'll need the 36" length for the upper hose, hence the request for measurements. I may get away with 24" for the lower, I need to check, but the upper is my priority.

Only had a quick second to measure, but the top is approximately 27" from the radiator to where is "disappeears" under intake plenum. It's hard enough to get your hand in there much less a tape measure, but it looks like another 6-7" from there. I'd say total is about 34" - give or take depending on the bends.

I can be more accurate this weekend if you haven't found out by then...(and get the lower too)

No, that should be accurate enough. The pipe needs to be roughly 2" shorter than stock, and they offer a 36" unit (which can be cut down), so that should be long enough.

Thanks!

Need some help on this one, guys... I don't have my car, so I can't run outside and check the size. Can anyone measure the inner diameter of our radiator hoses, please? I need to get this info back to my sponsor so they can ship me the correct hose.

Thanks!

My disclaimer is that the method used to measure the hose would change the measurement by at least an inch depending on the the bends and curves and if you measured from one side or the other.

I took a piece of string, attached a piece of tape to it, and taped it to the start of the hose under the intake. I taped it down to the top of the hose every 3-4 inches to try and follow the contours and came up with 34.5".

The ID of the top hose is 1.25".

(Now get over here and help me clean this blue shit off my garage floor! )

Excellent, Jano... thanks for that, and I'll pass on the information to my sponsor when I get home this evening...

I have absolutely no idea what blue shit you have on your garage floor, but I'd be happy to help you clean it for getting me the info ...as long as you can wait until the next time I'm in Tampa (I believe the 26th is our tech session at 2NR WERKS?)

You're welcome.
