I am officially old.
Usually I can at least indentify with at least one band in anyone's list of music
I do not know a single band or their music in this list
that or it is so ridiculously esoteric that only brownsound and the people who made the music know about it.
I think it is the latter but, in reality, I am probably just too damn old now. Somebody put me on an ice flow and send me out to sea. I am officially a non-viable human being

I literally yelled out loud when I saw that, but at least you knew what you were doing when you put that down! Yes I hate that album and Spencer too but it's for the best, I just wish they would have changed their name
It's OK Rob, I would hardly expect anyone my age to recognize even 1/4 of the bands I listen to, not if they watch MTV or listen to the radio anyways

OK I'll try to add a couple of my more favorite "popular" bands and my favorite corresponding album:
In Flames - The Jester Race <--- From 1995!!! Oldest CD I own

Atreyu - Suicide Notes & Butterfly Kisses
Trivium - Shogun
Bullet For My Valentine - The Poison
...thats all I got

I did leave out another band that I really like
Emery - The Weak's End

Classic choice for Unearth, their best CD.. just saw them a couple months ago @ State Theater with Whitechapel again lol.
Right now I am really into Born of Osiris, Conducting From The Grave, and Return From Exile..

Progressive/Melodic/Technical Death Metal FTW!

Yeah, I figured you would. I never claim to be a "true" Underoath fan. I always mention that I like their sellout album. I like the singing mixed in a bit more, though. They always put on a good show. I've seen them quite a few times at different festivals.

I can't even tell people I like Underoath or Atreyu anymore, I might get beat up

Got through many an art class blasting that.
