I don't know anything about web but I can sure make some pretty stuff

I'll leave this open for actual web people but if you don't find one let me know. I can design all the components layered in photoshop, you'd have to take it from there

 

Primogen and Composimo would be on my short list. I've got some resources here, but they may be cost prohibitive.
