My roommate is moving out at the end of this month and I need to find a roommate...

I own the house. It's a 1700 sqft 3/2 in a gated, golf course community (Stoneybrook West). Located in Winter Garden, about a 25 minute commute from downtown, 15 minutes to the Universal/Disney/Millenia area...

I am looking to rent 1 bedroom, plus half of my other bedroom (office), and 1 bathroom...

What's included: Rent, All Bills, Digital cable, High speed internet, 1 BR, 1 Bath, use of office... Also, there is room for your own furniture in the empty living/dining room...

Also included: Use of community recreation area-- Large pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, inline hockey rink, and excercise facility...

I am home only about half the week, so we won't really see each other much... Use of my kitchen, High-def home theater setup is pretty much yours most of the time, as I'm rarely home...

Rent: $750 flat

Looking for a professional-type Male that would be a good fit... I'm 27, an engineer, and pretty laid back...
