Default looking for template for OEM deck spoiler

I am looking for a template for the OEM deck spoiler. The little flat spoiler deal, not the rased spoiler.

I have Jcarlton's old spoiler and it will be blue by friday

So you can mount it ? Just use poster board and make it yourself, it's easier than you think.

There are instructions online.. I think handaparts.com has them.

The place to drill is already marked form the factory.

i installed mine by myself if you need any advice. the outside ones are marked on the inside of the trunk; it's the inside two that are scary.

Ditto that. Its not a bad install at all, but the tough part is taking a drill bit to your car!

One tip that I read somewhere which was a good one is to mask off all the areas of paint on your trunk BEFORE drilling. This will keep the metal shavings from potentially scratching your paint.

I also recommend having someone help you...having an extra set of hands is a must because if you try and do it by yourself there's a good chance the spolier might "pop out" of the holes on one side while your attaching it and the resulting scratch the mounting bolt would leave on your trunk would make the toughest man cry like a little girl.

Good luck!

Craig
