No....I am not a die hard spearfisherman. If something good swims by I shoot it. This was a private trip....three great friends and one of their sons. One of the guys was just diagnosed with cancer so it kind of was one of those male bonding experiences that may not be repeatable.

That is an awesome hogfish Chip. I've seen one diving that big but never seen one that size boated. I just went all the way to Africa and back, with nary a bite.
