Arrow My cat's broke!?

I noticed a strange rattle start while I was dragon slaying two weekends ago and after much research and nut and bolt turning I have come to the conclusion that my converter has gone bad. It rattles like crazy and it definitely isn't any of the heatshields.

Do any of you people who have test pipes want to sell your cat?

Are the cats from the AP1 and AP2 the same?

I'm not sure what kind of mileage you have Justin, but the warranty on emissions is around 8yr/80k miles I believe. Just looking out for ya since free is always better than buying someone elses.

I went through 3 cats on my previous ride so I knew the emissions warranty on that one well

List prices on those things is $800, what a rip off! Consider an aftermarket one... you'll pay about $250. Make sure a dealer installs it so you have paperwork that shows the original cat is dead (needed in case you move to an area that does inspections).

what's up with you people throwing, selling and trading cats man?!?!? You guys have no compassion for these cats?? Any sense of humanity?? Paying some dealer to pick up your original cat

Poor poor kitties, they feel pain you know. I should call the humane society!
