My First Animation In 3DS Max
need to sync up the rotation of the ball with the speed of the ball moving out of frame...right now it looks more like it is sliding than rolling and I dont know if you have life like physics going on but the arcs and heights of the ball need to be tweaked to "sell" the atmosphere a little more.
good stuff though....better than I could do

its weird about animation...just about anyone can tell when something is off. The human mind is very keen to recognizing patterns and movement and realism in other ways. throw something off even a little bit and it sticks out like a sore thumb to our brains.
All types of animators have a tough job because, persistance of vision is not the only thing you have to trick into believing what the eyes are seeing.
keep up the good work...it's fun, right??? I worked for Disney for a little while on some of thier tv animation projects and I loved the process.
