Everyone in the Jax/Jax Beach area, just wanted to say hi. After several months of moving around, I'm finally in Jacksonville. If you see an 04 Suzuka with a blue top running around the Hodges Blvd area that's probably me.

Anyone autocross up at Whitehouse? I'm hoping to make the next one.

Hey, I'm in Jax (actually Green Cove). I've only been here a couple of months and so I haven't had an oppurtunity to get together with any S2kers. I was hoping to put together something fun for us. Something along the lines of an S2k convoy down to one of the Fright Night's at Islands of Adventure. Work schedule permitting of course.

 

yup tasy and shay are the only two I can think of off hand or have met from the Jvillearea. Supposedly before I moved back here, the s2k guys met pretty regularly, but with everyone's different schedules meets haven't happened since I've been here.

coastS2k, I think I may have seen you or someone else with the blue top. My fiance always see a blue s on her way to work on University. If you ever see a black 04 on black wheels, say hi

 

Acura, I'm not in the University area in the mornings, must be someone else with a blue top (drat!). My car is tapeless also, did the one you saw still have the tape?

I'm open to a meet and greet somewhere if somebody puts it together.

hey im in j-ville very often. i recently met up with the g35 meet(friend), and they said to get more people together if possible. they met in ponte vedra, 1st sat of every month. if anyones intrested i can post up the info when my friend tells me.

 

Sorry I didn't jump on this thread immediately - not sure how I missed it. Anyway, as JerseyGirl said Nvrquit and I are both in Jax. We used to have monthly meetings -- first called "First Fridays" the first Friday of the month at Hooters at Regency, and then called "First Saturdays" held at Caddy Shack down in St. Augustine. Things went well for almost a year and then things really dropped off with next to no one showing up for many of the get togethers. Nvrquit has also added another member to his pit crew so "Daddy Time" is much more prevalent in his life now. At any rate, those are the excuses we've been sticking to, but I think it's high time we set up another get together. I'm thinking a meal and some driving are in order! Let's try to figure out a weekend.

I can't do this or next weekend, but I can do any of the next three Saturdays after that (10/30, 11/6, or 11/13). Anyone have a preference?

I'll chime in too!

I'll have to dbl check the schedule but I shouldn't be working nearly as many weekends for the rest of the year so maybe can figure something out. Sandy and I have said for months that we wanted to have a sort of s2k Open House/Mod/Drive deal at the new digs. That'll require a little planning so maybe that should be more like spring?? We'll see.

In any event I'm Jones-ing for some s2k interaction so I'll stay tuned and try to make whatever you guys decide.
