nope just use the links at the top find the register buttons and have your VIN number handy, you dont need the VIN number but when you register with it, it will list you as an owner and not an enthusiast.

Regular membership is free I think but the gold membership gives you some perks and costs some $$. I am not sure though so dig around a bit first.
