No interest in TBA anymore??

We have organize some drives to Key Biscayne & South Beach, and have hosted meets at our sponsors location, like Cartek-Tuning {Dyno} and Pacific Performance {Shop}. Our greatest hit has been our incredible pool party that was hosted by a member {Jeff}, and now we are planning POOL PARTY II. Our next drive will be to Tampa Florida, where we will be going to Bush Garden on Friday, on Saturday we will be at the TBA/SoFla POOL PARTY, and on Sunday drive down to Miami. FYI, everyone here in the SoFla group has a job and most important a family, but we manage to find time for our beloved club. Can't wait to meet the TBA and other group in Tampa.

I understand some have obligations and still make the club a vital part of their routine. If you are referring to my earlier comment, I was just trying to give Tidal some perspective as to why some of our members are not regulars at events- not everyone makes the club a priority. Thats it.
Frankly, what you guys do in Miami doesn't sound any different than what we do here.

We hand out cards and have a website, so we are out there. We've tried to have meets in different locations to try to attact more people, that didn't work except once with Brian and his white S2K. He's since dropped off the face of the earth. As far as cards, we've only gotten August from that, and we all know how that went.

Don't be discouraged. I hand out tons of cards here in the Sarasota area, but hardly anyone responds. Nevertheless, we've got a great core group.
I probably speak for everyone from this group when I say you've done a wonderful job of getting things organized and keeping things flowing. Keep up the good work.
I, for one, greatly appreciate your efforts,
Steven

Dittos all the way around. Dave you are the glue, man you can't bail or we will fall apart. I like the meets. I'm busy with everything but will sure try to make these if we have the advance notice. Last planned one in Boca Grande was rained out
, but Sarasota Red needs to get this rescheduled (c'mon Steven). The Fall is just around the corner and this hot weather will be behind us. We, and I think I speak for all the TBA folks, appreciate what you do for our group, and especially what you do on the website. I don't believe we have lost our desire to plan and attend the meets. Jim did a great job on that Tarpon meet. The folks that live along that road are probably still talking about the 12 S2Ks that smoked by their place that Saturday
. Maybe they are ready for a return visit?
See ya Saturday.

There is other stuff we can think of besides the cards. I know I can think of some creative things but I'm busy at work busting people for having porn on their computers.
Buy me a amaretto sour tonight and I'm sure I can come up with some ideas. But remember- it isn't always quantity of a group- its quality. If having more members will make you feel better about the group, then we'll pursue it.
