Honda executives in Japan have stunned the automotive community with the declaration that 2006 will be the last year for the current S2000. The announcement was surprising coming from the usually tight lipped Honda brain-trust, and is most likely a response to Nissan

It almost broke my heart to hear about that, but I came to my senses and remembered that our beloved cars will quickly become the envy of many. I thought that they were going to make them until 08. I'm so glad that I got mine when I did.

It isn't ending, and if it is no one knows. It is an april fools joke. You think they would change the 06' so much just to have it for one year? Yea right.

Honda should make an inline 6 Vtec engine. that would be nasty as hell. it would be something to compete against the supra and Skyline

The V6 accord EX had vtec (the '98 at least, not sure about the new one)
