it should count nonetheless simply for the fact its targeted with enough frequency to make it that high on such a list especially when its targeted for high priced items.. after all seats are very expensive so are its headlights etc. I mean your just gonna say well.. the whole car is not stolen so it doesnt count. Im sure theres very few items inside a charger, to exclude the engine, that are as pricey as s2k seats.. the fact is if your hit 3 times in one year the bill CAN go up to 20k if seats get stolen all 3 times and headlights etc. 20k!! thats the whole cost of one of the vehicles on the other lists.

 

Funny that most of the vehicles are gas guzzlin SUV's I bet they aren't really stolen as much as "taken care of" Wink Wink Nudge Nudge.
