I am looking to fill 2 positions in our Cape Coral office.
1: Class A CDL driver / shop foreman.
Job duties would include transport of materials and equipment to job sites and between warehouses. Also loadout of trucks for crews working that day so that they show up and head out essentially. Maintenance and organization of shop as well as minor repairs on equipment. ( I will teach you myself if it's something you are unfamiliar with.)
2: Underground foreman/ Crew leader
Oversee day to day operations of underground conduit installation in accordance with state specifications and operation of excavating equipment.(mini excavator/bobcat) This is a working supervisor position and you can't be afraid to pick up a shovel and get dirty. Experience with equipment operation is required as we do not have the time to give constant supervision. But there will always be a skilled member of our team nearby to assist in the event that it is needed.
