Give us a subject! Hey, here's one! Microsoft today released the latest upgrade to XP Media Edition. Many improvements. They stated the Media Edition is hardware specific, therefore, whoever has a previous edition of the software must go out and buy a new computer in order to take advantage of the higher speed, etcetera.
Well, I'm not ready to buy a new computer. Microsoft further stated that the manufacturers distrubiting computers with Media Edition are SONY, Dell and HP. I just got a Dell catalog in the mail today; there are no Dell computers presently being sold with Media Edition.
Finally, how long do you suppose it'll be until Microsoft stops supporting the earlier editions of XPME? How long is the public going to put up with this garbage?
