A fellow member of the car club I am associated with (Team SSP) gained media credentials to cover the race event and document the parade lap since one of their members was in the parade lap.
Since we had a few minutes of wait time out on the track he decided to take a few group shots of the drivers.
My VIP was Cindy Davis. She is the Executive Vice President of Merchandising for 7-Eleven. Just to let you guys know how organized things were on the Grand Prix side of the house:

When I was talking to her, she seemed very distant. I got the impression that she just wanted to get the whole thing over with.
