I guess the next question is what oil and oil filter should i use? This is probably one of those questions where it is just up to me and as long as i meet the manual standards. Any suggestion would help.
Honda PCX and K&N filters are nice. Mobil filters are nice as well but I like the ease of use of the K&N

On the S2K I had a stock of PCX filters that I haven't run out of yet so I'm still using the PCX filter on it.. the Integra gets the K&N filter.

oil color is us usually a idicator of carbon (not that damaging). UOA actually checks for metal density within the oil which isn't always dark. hth

IMO always use an OEM Honda filter. I personally looked at an NSX motor that blew up because the cheap store bought filter came apart and clogged all the oil galleys.

Can't go wrong with certain OEM parts, espically if they say Honda on them.

Don't overfill either. Billman and I watched a car hydroloc at the dragon because of to much oil. True story.

it was pretty strange actually, but it ruined this guys trip. oil was everywhere, and then we checked the dipstick and there was still oil in the pan. After a teardown, Billman determined that it was a hydroloc.
