Can we make the meeting place somewhere closer to I-4, so we don't get lost?

Add one more to the list. I have had the car for 9 days and only 450 miles on it, I guess I will have to drive it some more so its a bit safer to VTEC by Saturday morning. See you there!

Regarding meeting places, I think it is better to meet at ONE spot at ONE time. The Ocoee McDonalds is VERY easy to find. Take I-4 east (from Tampa) to the Turnpike. Take the Turnpike north. Get off at Exit #267 Rt.50/Ocoee which is just AFTER the exit for Rt. 429 (a new exit). Follow the ramp right to Rt.50 east. The McDonalds is on the left (north side) of Rt.50 about 400 yds. from the merge.

There are no exits on the Turnpike between I-4 and the #267 and Rt.429 exits. You will pass one rest area (Turkey Lake).

How set are we on 8:30am?
That's gonna be rough for those of us with a couple hour hike to get there.

I think the reasoning behind the 8:30 start time had to do with traffic. Maybe the local folks could meet at that time but set up an alternate time to re-meet the late arrivals? Kind of a round two. I could not think of a better way to spend a Saturday than with other s2000 enthusiasts. See everyone Saturday!

The roads that we like to run are well travelled in the mid morning and early afternoon. The early start is to get a jump on the traffic, bikers, and uninvited guests

And no - my wife is not driving the NSX on the way home We'd all go to jail........

See you Sat....

We def want to get an early start. After looking at cars, taking pics, and having a quick bite, we will be looking at 9:00am to roll. By 11:00 we will see some traffic that will make it harder to keep 10 or more cars cars together (under dynamic conditions).
If this helps at all to comfort those coming in from out of town so early, I remember the most beautiful skys and an awesome ride when wchin and I convoyed to the last Tampa meet. Take some talkabouts and convoy, the drive will be a blast. I look forward to seeing you.

Does someone have the address so I can look up directions on Yahoo. Otherwise, Wynn can Justin and I follow you?
