Here is a cut away of the stock S2000 muffler showing what it looks like inside. This cut away gives insight to why the UK mod adds volume to the exhaust note of the S2000.

Finished coping the right side tube today, the fit came out nice, Also placed the holes for both tubes

Yes, the time and work put into the job has been alot but I wanted fit and finish to be spot on.
I too am course about how it will sound, hope it sounds good

Thank you, it is going along well All the welds are finished and look good, I just need to clean them up a little and I can finish paint the exhaust. The inside finish welds of the 350Z exhaust tips is also done

I'm very curious to hear how this sounds, and if there is any drone or anything like that. Would be worth picking up a cheap exahust.

Me too The project has been taking a bit more time than I thought it would. I hope the exhaust sounds good and is not to loud. I have not heard what one sounds like other than a few you-tube clips. The plan is to re-hang the exhaust tomorrow afternoon as well as install the new C/R rear sway bar and bushings.

Here are a few pics of the paint job, the paper and tape on the mufflers and resonator will be remove after the install.
