Are you guys doing this with track cars or dailies? My s2000 is sorta my daily driver. I say that cause it's the only car I own but I take the train almost every day to work, so it's also kinda not my daily. Just wondering if it would be a good idea for me to take it out there..

A lot of the guys drive their dailies on track, including the OP. I used to until I made my S my second car. Just take it easy, you'll be fine.

No reason not to bring your daily S out all. Many of us do this.

You are the master of your track day. If your car is well maintained you wont have a problem. If you give people room and follow the simple clear rules of the track day you wont have a problem. Your car is at more risk driving to the event than at the event provided you have a level head on your shoulders. Have you ever done a track day before?

I have never done a track day before. I have done a couple of autox events and I do some kart racing. I've always wanted to do something like this. Another question is, are any of you guys taking fairly stock cars? I just got this car so it's 100% stock still. What kind of expenses should I expect besides registration? Set of tires and probably some brakes? Anything else?

My car is stock other than brake ducts, fluid, and pads. For a first timer I would just do fluid but that is even borderline unnecessary.
