Hey guys,

My girlfriend is going to orlando for more schooling and need an apartment. The hard part is finding the right one. She wants to spend about 600 to 650 a month for one bedroom.

Anyone here know a good place? I thought I post here for help since you guys prob had experience with some good and bad ones.

any help or advices will be very appreciated

school where? 625 sq. ft single bedroom apartments near VCC west are going for $850 mo. right now.

I don't know where you'd find anything in the price range you're specifying, other than crime (pine) hills.....

I am referring to IADT. International Academy of Design and Technology.

I guess I have been looking around Kissimmee and Winer Park area.

Sorry for no detail.

BTW 700 Sq Ft will be the best, but I am mostly concerned about the neighborhood and property management. (heard stories of how they come in anytime and rob you)

well you are not going to find a 700 sqft single bedroom place for 600-650 a month...her best bet is to try and find a room mate...however if you are stuck on a single i would bet 800 would be the starting point for a single in a decent area...you can rent over by UCF for cheaper with room mates...but if you want to stay around that area nice places are pretty expensive...singles downtown go for 1000 a month minimum...not 100 percent sure what prices are near millenia mall which is another nice area but i can check it out...

Thank FLO!

Yeah, having hard time finding places for that price. She decided to go higher... max 750...

Its even harder since we have no idea how the neighborhood looks.
