Hey guys,
Me and my gf are planning to drive down to Orlando, from Huntsville, AL, for about a week in mid June.
We may either take my s2k or her Elantra down, BUT if we decide to take my s2k...

I was wondering on tips to prevent theft or areas to avoid etc.
my hardtop will be on and the place I plan on staying at will be at a family friend's and I am pretty sure it is a good neighborhood.





On a lighter note, If we decide to take my s2k
I would really like to meet up with fellow Orlando s2k owners and even s2k owners that are on the way.

and this is my s2k (except I will have different wheels by the time I come down)

Hi, there is a Orlando sub section here in the Florida forum you may get a better response there. If you drive the S get some seat locks and ask your friend if you can park the car in the garage to be on the safe side. Orlando and Miami are hot spots for S2000s.

 

a few of s2000 guys/gal meet at world of beer near UCF almost every wednesday here in orlando for pizza and beer

 

Its really not that bad all depends on what parts of Orlando u r in. stay away from obt

 

Yeah I would try and park it in the garage if you can. Im in the UCF area if anyone wants to have a little get together. Low car friendly please lol

 

we go to the world of beer right by UCF every wednesday night and we've never seen you! come out next time.

 

I'll come out this Wednesday, I just know the parking isn't te greatest over there lol

 

Theres a secret parking lot in the back. We get there early so we can see the cars while we sit on the patio. Usually we park top down but i just found a hole in my roof. Plus class is out so it shouldnt be as busy

 

around what time do you get to world of beer, I would like to check it out.
