Well as most of you know my veilside kit fits for crap. I'm either going to fix the fitment issues are go crazy with fiberglass. I'm just not sure which looks better, you opinion counts
And remember, I am not a photoshop guru so it's the best I could do. That's supposed to be a carbon fiber splitter on the bottom.

If you are going to go with a custom deal, I suggest simplifying the sideskirts and the rear end and Molding the wide body pieces into the sideskirts as well.
We need to take some shots of the whole kit and work with them in ol photoshoppe. Ican help out in the design part if you need it and maybe Jcarlton can offer some glassing advice and or help

One of's are defin. very cool
IMHO

Well, for what it's worth I'm a professional car designer with a few concepts under the belt, and your concept is MUCH better than the veilside kit IMO.
That said, I prefer your front view to the 3/4 view because of its simplicity. I think you have too much going on with the sideskirts, especially the area just behind the front wheel where the skirt integrates. If your gonna clean up the front I would clean up the sides too. I also really like the fact that in the frotn view it doesnt really look like a splitter, but it looks like a graphic break in the surface with a color/ material change. I would consider bringing the CF up vertically into the front making a bold SKyline concept/ evo concept front graphic. The side "brake duct intakes" might also work a little better if they were slightlly smaller.
All in all I really dig it...I say do it without hesitation!!!

while veilside kits are nice when put together right, i think it takes away from the simple beauty of the stock car. but then again im not much for body kits period. if you ironed out the side skirts, yours would be very nice though. added texture but not over the top. good work.
The veilside looks good but in some places it is just too much. Therefore I like your's much better. A smoothed out veilside looks really good.
