The SH models stand for Super Handling, basically a fancy Limited-Slip with something called torque vectoring. It was the first of its kind and is now known as Acura's SH-AWD. The non SH Preludes are still super duper though

+ 1 ... also avoid SH's b/c they carry some extra weight that in the end makes you slower ... H23 engines are standard on the 97+ Preludes AT-MT (190-200HP) ..... Preludes are great cars, you drive them and you can't believe they are FWD sometimes ....
