O.k....this is the lawyer in me.

The finance company sues the owner, who sues the seller, who sues the contractor who delivered the boat, who sues the venders who supplied the equipment, who sue the manufacturer of the turnbuckle, who sues the metal supplier.....and the winners are....THE LAWYERS

crane/delivery company gets the hit and they can persue who ever they want beyond that. as far as the finance company and the owner are concerned the liability lies with the crane/delivery company


question is.... how recoverable is the hull and boat parts not affected by the flood damage....there is still alot of boat left there, right?



If a wrecked and basically totaled Enzo can still sell for 650,000 then there should be some good return on parting that baby out.....

A good friend of mine recovers sunk or burned out sailing yachts (very big ones) and completely restores them with his crew. He then turns and sells them for big money. It's a great business, but it's a whole bunch of very dirty hard work.

I admit, "testing" the vessels with the girls and wine makes for an entertaining day.
