I think I've got the quote of the day, haha. The UPS man came to the door to have me sign for my diff conversion and he says:

"Dude, you gotta stop doing this w/ these huge packages, you're killin' me. What the hell are you building anyway? A rocketship or something?"

I replied, "Yeah, pretty much."

Hey Scott, nice project you have going on there, under 2K lbs is no joke!

The S is probably going to undergo some milder weight reduction too, as well.

Once your Miata is complete, we should go to Road Atlanta and have a battle of the scottcars.

I have a Sparco Evo and Evo2 for sale from my BMW, if you want practically new seats for a good price. Let me know, if you are interested.

im in the process of doing the same thing that you are doing. im selling the S and buying a 90-93 miata. gona make it a track car, you gona be out at sebring on the weekend of the 21st?

I will probably be out there w/ a few friends, but I'm not going to be driving. Doesn't look like the car will be ready by then

Not sure what you're plans are for the Miata but shocks and sway bars have by far been my best investment, they completely transform the car.
