Question About Headlights?

Has anyone opened up their headlights to make them clear w/o amber lens inside? Would like to know how? Thanks

Yes! Several of us have. There is a whole thread about it but I don't have time to track it down. You can search for it or I believe you can go to Rick's web site for details.

I did them myself. I'd be down for a mod session. However, if you take your time, you can do it yourself. All you need is an oven, a wet towel, some black RTV to seal it back up and a lot of patience.

Remember not to put the lens/glass part of the light face down on the rack in the oven. It'll leave grill marks on it. Don't laugh, people have done that.
