Well, me and my roommate just moved into a brand new 3 story townhome. 3 bed/2 full 2 .5 baths/2 car garage/ office. We have an extra room we are currently using for a private office, but we would like to free up a little extra spending money and were possibly thinking of renting out the 3rd room for a lil bit, we dont neccessarily need a year contract just a temporary basis but maybe 6 months at the most. The room is kind of small(compared to the others, but still decent size compared to other apts.) as I think it was intened to actually be an office but its definately still liveable with room to spare and a nice decent closet.

I am not even sure what we would charge, but If this sparks anyones interest please let me know and we can work out the details. The rent wouldnt be crazy high or anything and if you own an s2k I MIGHT let you share my oversized 2-car garage So if anyone needs a place to lay for a few months or so LMK! Thanks! BTW, this is in a VERY NICE part of Westchase, Tampa, FL. If you are fimilar with the area it is right by the sweetbay, the slug, samuri blue sushi off countryway and racetrack road. The 3 story townhomes behind the strip.

About the rent, Id have to talk to my roommate about it. But it should be relatively cheap. And yes, no pets my roommate is highly allergic. Plus its a brand new house, and I wanna keep it that way

 

DAMN! i have a husky/pitbull mix, nicest dog ever, ive even brought it to the MOES meets ive set up. yea he sheds a shitload. damn that sux
