The guy in the video probably has that exhaust system to divert attention from his sideburns.

Complete BS. Everything in that video, if you listen closely, has a much higher pitch than in reality. Even the car passing by at the traffic light sounds wispy, and the rubber screeching burnouts sound like an elf screaming after he got kicked in the gnads.
