Default S2ki Cookout Meet!

Ok, since the supermeet was postponed Metcalfe and I got together and decided we need something S2k related for May 1st....so this is what we came up with.

Cookout at Boca Ciega Millenium Park

EVERYONE on S2Ki is invited!

WHEN

May 1st, Saturday...same day the supermeet was planned for.

WHERE

Boca Ciega Millenium Park
12410 74th Ave North, Seminole, FL 33772
Phone (727) 582-2100 select 0 from menu
Pavilion #1

Pinellas County

TIME

10:00AM till whenever.

FOOD

Bring your own food! Whatever you want to eat! This will keep it simple.

I would appreciate it if everyone could bring a 12 pack of soda for everyone to share.

If you want to bring chips, cookies....for everyone to share, GREAT! We will have a designated table for community food.

I will have a couple of big coolers so you can put your drinks in them, ice will be provided.

If you want to come and dont plan to eat, that is perfectly ok...

as of now just plan on a relaxing time at a great park. Im working on getting a photographer there to take some shots of the cars rolling in. will update soon

I am also thinking about doing some Cart racing that night at the Tampa Bay Grand Prix. I will need a roll call to see who would be interested in that. If you are curious about prices you can go here: http://tampabaygp.com/

so, let get a roll call going and go from there.

The soda's will be shared by everyone, that is the only community item I am requiring. Everything else you bring is for YOU. Dont know what kind of soda to bring? well, look at the sign up list on the original post. If you are a even number then bring a Coke product...If you are a odd number then bring a pepsi product... drunk.gif

There is no alcohol allowed in the park....but if it looks like soda, it must be soda, right? devil.gif

keep the cook out food simple...I have lots of hotdogs and a good amount of burgers that went straight into deep freeze after the SPGP they never even got opened or warm so they are good to go IMHO.

People may be tired of that kind of food though so i will let you guys decide what you want to do there.

post/PM your paypal when ready and I will have funds for you immediately.

I have fridays off and can make calls or do leg work as needed on those days or weekends....let me know what I can do to help.

Ooh! Sounds like fun times. Let us know what we need to do - pitch in money, bring food, etc.
