Default S2k's.. Few & Far Between

I just drove up to Upstate New York and back with my family and the Accord. I drove 2400 miles of daylight driving in a 4 day period. When I left E.Orlando, I headed up I-95 to New York. I didn't see any S2K's on the way up, or during my 5 day stay in Upstate New York. On the way back, I saw my first S2K just north of Daytona. It was a Suzuka Blue. I then saw a Rio Yellow Pearl around New Smyrna.
I couldn't believe that I drove 2300 miles without spotting a S2K. If it is at all possible, it just makes me appreciate the S2K even more.
NOW, I am ready to head to the South Florida Supermeet. Imagine, 50-75 S2k'ers, meeting for a bar-b-que, and then heading down A1A through Broward County. How cool is that? I'm Ready!!

Went up to Utica, N.Y. (I moved down here 16 yrs. ago). I made a wrong turn and went I-95 to 476 to rt.81 to rt.88 and then to rt. 8.

The only s2k's I saw were a Suzuka at a dealership in Yorkville N.Y. and a NFR at a dealership somewhere near Richmond Va. (from I-95).

Yeah Vyktor, had to been you. I saw a Suzuka Blue heading north on Wed. afternoon around 4-5 p.m. I almost thought for a minute that I was going to go the full 2400 miles without seeing an S2K.

I had the same experience in Nebraska (Omaha & Lincoln) and Pennsylvania (Harrisburg). Not a one!!

However i did see about 2 or 3 between BWI and DC. Maybe a better demographic? Weather was perfect for S2k's when i was there.

Imagine how rare it was to see an s2k even in Jax, Orlando, or Tampa 4 and 5 years ago? You could literally go 1 or 2 months without seeing another. Yes, I'm an old timer. Good to have one of these babies. Definitely a keeper in my book.
