about 1/2 into the clip, the cop that pulls out of the turning lane, cuts off 2 different cars in 3 lanes of traffic to go catch the speeder.

 

They do that in St Pete all the time. They will have a laser in a city utility truck with a squad car hidden behind.

Amazingly, my Valentine 1 has saved me from laser tickets as it goes off from scattering of the laser on the vehicles being tagged in front of me.
