I usually validate forwards before and if I send them out but since I received this from a reliable source (my mother) and the contact sounded both familar to me and the number was a local AT & T cell #, I took it as true.

It never occured to me that someone would be using it as a tracker. I guess I am just too soft hearted.

i just realized though that any animal rescue or emergency vet would take any pets as long as the number of pets isnt too ridiculous
