Is anyone going up to the Dragon meet in September? I had some time free up and was thinking about going.

I don't know Bill, some one these mountain/Pacific highway canyon runs are pretty bad A$$.

Yeah...I know of some great loops for road biking and mountain biking...in fact it's pretty close to where the Olympic mountain biking course was during the '96 Atlanta Olympics. We could also swim back and forth across the Tennessee River...that's always fun! I also know some horrendous trails which are great for trail running...then again that may not be what you meant by your post
