Back to work Friday.

 

I am on Vacation all week!

Both the kids will be home tomorrow from school and it will be the first time we have all been together since June.

Just the 4 of us for a quiet Thanksgiving dinner. Looking forward to the family time together.

Friday will be spent getting everyone's car serviced (tire rotations, oil changes, windows that wont fo all the way up, possible AC compressor replacement, etc.) All the usual stuff.

 

doing roast beef with a herb wash and roasting in the oven. mashed potato casserole, green bean casserole and traditional dressing. dessert is apple pie.

simple but tasty.

I hope I can find a open restaurant open in Japan on Thanksgiving!

 

I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I am in Auburn MA at my sons. I get to meet the in-laws for the first time.

 

It will be just the the 1st mate and I and another couple from across the street. A change from the huge Thanksgiving I usually have.

If anyone needs a place to eat TG dinner, please PM me as I ALWAYS make way too much food. I am serious. The more the merrier

 

We'll be headed over to Andrea's mom's house. Andrea's making squash casserole and I'll be making fried macaroni & cheese.
