I think the 17th is Father's Day so that is out for those of us who have Dad's to take out. Sorry Jql168, but I've got to vote for the 16th.

In fact we will be going on the 16th around lunch time. Who's going to join us?

Excellent!

Let me talk to my wife to make sure of the time we'll be free but I'm guessing about 12:30 -- but I'm not 100% sure yet. Racemint, dead-bird, Jql168, pdiddys2k, Richard, who else?

BTW, enter the parking lot on the west side. The other entrance has a mudhole.

Is the R & R Restaurant the one that overlooks the bay right before the 3 mile bridge?

Too bad Gerry, I think you'd like this place.

Pdiddy you lost me. Are you talking about the 3 mile bridge that connects Pensacola and Gulf Breeze? If you are you're way off and I'm glad you asked. It's on the causeway between Spanish Fort and Mobile very near the USS Alabama. The best way for you to get there from Gulf Shores would be to take 59 north to I-10 like you're going to Mobile and take the exit in the middle of the Bayway, (maybe that's called 3 mile bridge too?), which is the exit for the Battleship. Turn left and it's just a little ways down on the right side of the road. I think Felixes is across from it. They do have the best crawfish I've had in this area in years.

CG Thanks for the reply. Yeah I was thinking about Pensacola but glad you clarified. Yeah I know where the exit is to the Battleship no problem.
