Default URGENT: shipping bumper!

I worked out a deal with a fellow s2k owner to trade bumpers. His bumper went through without any problem but mine was returned twice because of it not meeting the size limit. FEDex will ship it but for $400+.

Did any of you ever ship a bumper anywhere? Please lend me your wisdom!! His bumper is already here and mine is not even shipped yet.

That is what messed up about it, DHL in Chicago approved the dimension and DHL here said its too big. So I can't even send back his bumper if i wanted to. I might just have to go with FedEx and get raped in the rear.

NSX Bumper from Osaka, Japan to Tampa, FL via American Airlines 2 day service $211 plus $25 customs fee.

Not bad service for REAL JDM parts!

Try yellow freight or some of the other LTL truck carriers

I called AA up and they said the largest dimension cannot be greater than 48".
